COMPLAINTS

  • If you are having problems with the connection, quality of call or rates not what the recording says, the first thing you should do is call the customer service number for that phone card (number is included in your email).

  • If you are having problems reaching the phone card company's customer service number or they are not responsive, please use the form below.  Also if customer service tells you that the problem is with Gamut Phone Cards (such as wrong pin number issued) use the form below.

  • If the rates on our site are wrong or any other problems you would like to bring up, please use form below.
